You tell us what you want us to do, and we'll give you a price, (it can be as simple as putting your property on Social Media and On The Market to help you let more quickly).  We can offer comparable fees to online only estate agents, but will make sure our high levels of service are maintained without any issues with online booking systems for viewings, and ultimately we have a real, and really helpful person at the end of the phone.
